Delivery Time

After placing the order, we will first check your order and then send the invoice to you within 24 hours. As our old wholesaler, (ordered from us before.) we will check your order priority and prepare inventory items for you, and then send you an invoice with accurate postage. After payment, we will send it to you within 1 working day. And as the new wholesalers,general we could send your parcel to you within 2 working days.

Packaging may be delayed due to shortage of goods. It usually takes 3 to 15 days to replenish the inventory. Once the item is sold out, we will send you an email and will not do anything until you reply. We can provide you with replacement or cancellation services according to your wishes.

Everest Emall can be shipped to most countries except the Crimea region of Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea and Ukraine.



Has my order been shipped?

Most orders are usually sent within 24 hours (excluding weekends), sometimes longer. After the order is sent, you will receive an email that has been sent,please check your spam/spam box in case it slips in there. It usually takes 1 to 2 days to ship the package to the carrier’s tracking system.



Does your price include VAT?

VAT only applies to orders within the European Union (EU). When we ship EU orders from Germany/UK, we can provide goods without VAT.


What should I do if my item arrives damaged or damaged?

If your product is damaged, please take a photo and record a video, and then send it to We will arrange new goods within 48 hours.
